In 2008, the ESIS delivered a 100-Day Energy Action Plan to the incoming administration ahead of the election and worked over the next several years to enhance U.S. competitiveness, energy security and sustainability by creating an energy action plan focused on identifying opportunities to inspire private sector demand for sustainable energy solutions, while supporting the creation of new industries, markets and jobs.
